Neglect REPORT

Neglect REPORT

TAKE ACTION: In response to the California Medical Board’s investigation of Dr. Sears, several articles have been written exploring the issue of MEDICAL NEGLIGENCE. The authors propose reporting negligent doctors by filing complaints with the YOUR State Medical Board.

Criteria for filing might include: 1) refusal to write a legitimate medical exemption, 2) failure to report and chart adverse reactions, or 3) inappropriate dismissal from practice.

Organization leaders have joined forces to create NeglectReport.com, to answer your questions and to help you file your complaint. Be sure to send a copy of your REPORT to educateadvocateca@educateadvocateca.com. Thank you!

MedExempt.com If you have a medical provider refusing to write a medical exemption letter do not forget to file a complaint or grievance with your insurance company including at the state level (in California Department of Managed Healthcare OR Department of Insurance) that your medical provider is denying care. Doctors are contracted to be providers with insurance companies to be an in network provider and they are breaking their contract refusing to provide a medical exemption to families who have a medical family history that necessitates a medical exemption.

Q and A

Can I file an anonymous complaint report?

You can file anonymously if you are not comfortable giving your information but it is better if you can and do file with your information in the REPORT.

What are some of the reasons I would file a complaint report on my doctor or former doctor?

If your doctor was given good reason and refused to write a medical exemption. If your doctor has refused to report and chart adverse reactions that you or your child has had to vaccines. If your doctor has thrown you out of their practice because your child is not up to date on vaccines.

I want to file a complaint with the medical board. But the link on the report for my state links to another agency. Why is this?

Not all states have doctor reporting go to the medical board. Sometimes it is the consumer affairs board or other agencies.

I see the link for my state and want to report my child's doctor. Now what?

Click on the link and it asks you for your information and the doctors information as well as the situation that occurred. Explain it as best you can sticking to the facts. Try to leave emotion out of it.

Why is this important? Why should I do this now?
The California Medical Board just opened a complaint on Dr Robert Sears for giving a medical exemption to a child. There is a deliberate witch hunt in California as well as nationwide against doctors who give medical exemptions. Therefore, the medical board as well as other agencies who handle doctor complaints need to hear from us on our experience with doctors who refuse to give medical exemptions, refuse to document vaccine injury and or kick our kids out of their practice. The medical board and other agencies who handle doctor complaints need to hear from us in mass numbers. If this has been your experience file a report complaint today!
